Jennifer was born in England and moved to Florida with her family as a young child. She was raised in Sarasota before going to Tallahassee for university and Orlando for law school. She now lives in the Bradenton area with her husband and two cats.
AREAS OF EXPERTISE:
General representation of community associations tailored to each association’s needs, including assessment collections, defense of mortgage foreclosure litigation, covenant enforcement, amendments of governing documents, contract negotiation, creation of rules and policies, legal opinions, arbitration, and mediation, as needed.
